We arrive with appropriate portable diagnostic equipment and the same clinical standards you would expect in the office — just on your schedule, in a setting where you feel comfortable.

You get unhurried, one-on-one time with your audiologist, whether you need a hearing test, help with your hearing aids, or ongoing follow-up care. Some complex diagnostic cases are still better handled in the office, and we will always tell you honestly when an in-office visit would serve you better.

Using appropriate portable equipment, we can complete many diagnostic hearing tests in your home. If a case calls for specialized equipment, we will arrange an office visit instead.
Hearing aid fittings
We fit and fine-tune hearing aids in the environments where you actually use them, so the settings reflect your real daily life.
Programming & troubleshooting
If your devices need adjustment, we handle hearing aid programming and troubleshooting on site, and arrange repairs when needed.
Tinnitus support
For ringing or buzzing, we offer counseling and management strategies, and can guide you toward a fuller tinnitus evaluation when appropriate.
