Pinnacle Audiology offers two-way text messaging so patients can reach us easily about appointments and care. Here's exactly how we use it — and how your privacy is protected.

How it works

We use text messaging as a two-way conversation: you text us, and a member of our team texts you back. We keep it simple, personal, and useful.

  • 03Follow-up care after a fitting or visit.
  • 04Hearing aid orders and service updates.
  • 05General questions — we're happy to help.

We do not use texting for marketing or promotional blasts. If you'd rather not text, phone and email are always available.

Consent & opt-in

You opt in by texting us first, or by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text when you book an appointment or fill out a form.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving care. You can choose phone or email instead at any time — whatever's most comfortable for you.

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time and you'll be unsubscribed immediately.

Your privacy

This is the part that matters most. Your number and your messages belong to your care — and nothing else.

Never sold or shared

We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or the contents of your text messages with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Used only for your care

Your phone number and messages are used only to communicate with you about your care at Pinnacle Audiology.

No sharing with third parties or affiliates

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

HIPAA-conscious by default

We handle protected health information in accordance with HIPAA. Please avoid sending sensitive medical details by text — we'll move sensitive conversations to a secure channel or phone call when needed.
